Commercial Equity Growth Advisors (“CEG”) is an entrepreneurial commercial real estate company based in San Diego, California. CEG is a full-service brokerage and management company offering advisory services in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and asset management of privately held retail, industrial and office properties. CEG focuses specifically on private capital investors, occupiers, family offices, and entrepreneurial private equity funds, many of which are value-add investors.

CEG’s experience is unique in that it has a deep understanding of retail, industrial and office asset types, and has in-depth transactional experience throughout the various submarkets in San Diego County. CEG is committed to helping its clients and investors create, and grow, wealth through their commercial real estate assets.

Chief Executive Officer

Pat leads the brokerage services for the company, oversees asset management services and focuses on sourcing and operating investment syndication opportunities.

Prior to founding CEG Advisors, Pat was a top producing commercial real estate broker at a regional San Diego commercial real estate company, where he focused on investment sales and leasing of retail, industrial and office properties within the private capital market. Since 2006, Pat has closed over $200 million in total transaction consideration, consisting of over 1.5 million square feet and nearly 100 escrows. Pat’s brokerage experience has focused on advising family trusts, high net worth individuals and private equity funds to develop and implement comprehensive plans for their commercial real estate. He has handled complex multi-property exchanges, targeted investment requirements, dispositions of both multi-tenant and single-tenant investment properties, owner/user sales, sale-leasebacks, ground leased investments, bank-owned foreclosures and distressed situations in both equity and debt. As Pat is an active investor and a principal in commercial real estate investments, he can offer a unique perspective to his clients, drawing from first-hand experience in the marketplace.

Pat grew up in Sacramento and has lived in San Diego since 2002, getting his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an Emphasis in Real Estate from San Diego State University. As co-founder of The Real Estate Society of SDSU, Pat continues his involvement as President of the SDSU Real Estate Alumni Group. Additionally, Pat is an active member of the San Diego Chapter of NAIOP, and serves as a Board Member of The College Area Business District.


Director of Operations & Marketing

Dan is well-versed in both the operational and marketing platforms of commercial real estate, with a diverse skill set that reflects the dynamic nature of the business today. He handles the company’s marketing efforts, oversees IT systems management and coordinates the elements of all transactions through the pipeline.

Dan is a Sacramento native and has called San Diego home since 2006. He graduated from San Diego State University, with a Bachelor of Science in International Business. Proficient in Spanish, he spent a semester abroad at the University of Guadalajara and continues to travel to Mexico on a regular basis.


Senior Property Manager

Tricia Miller is the Senior Property Manager for CEG Management. Working in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years, her experience includes managing more than one million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties throughout San Diego County.  Possessing a broad background, she has managed everything from smaller private portfolios to  larger corporate companies, including medical facilities and government entities. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Project Management and has held a CA Real Estate license since 2004. Tricia has overseen more than 185,000 square feet of tenant improvement projects and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Tricia has experienced the real estate business her entire life; her mother was a commercial property manager and her family owns and operates two property management companies in Tucson, Arizona. She has called San Diego home since 1991. She and her husband have two boys together and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, including frequent trips to the desert and the beach.


Senior Accountant

Linda is the Senior Accountant for CEG Management and CEG Advisors.  Having worked in property management in San Diego for the past 25  years, she possesses a breadth of experience with a strong understanding of commercial property accounting in addition to payroll services and office administration. Her many strengths include the timely preparation of monthly financial reports for each property, providing frequent updates to the CEG team to ensure company objectives are being met, creating and collecting on invoices and completing all bank and credit card reconciliations.

Linda was born and raised in Iowa and then attended school in Minneapolis before moving to San Diego in 1983.
